one of my fitness related goals is to be able to eventually do a back handspring.
since right now i can barely do a cartwheel and i can’t do a bridge whatsoever, this is going to take some time. i’m pretty flexible for my size, but i’m not overall flexible. at all.
handsprings just look like so much fun, and right when i quit gymnastics as a child was when we were beginning to learn front and back handsprings and i just want to do one so badly.
olympics 2016 here i come
