I decided to kickstart my weight loss / healthy living plan again since I’ve neglected it while I’ve been recovering. Today I joined MyFitnessPal, successfully logged all of my food and stayed under calories, drank all eight glasses of water, exercised for thirty minutes, put my retainer back in after over a month of not wearing it (which is going to hurt like a bitch in the morning because it doesn’t fit right since my teeth have moved, fuck), took my PCOS medication, and did a REALLY INVIGORATING AND INTENSE face scrub.
Tomorrow’s goals are an hour of exercise, cleaning my room and the kitchen, staying under calories, drinking all of my water, taking my medication, and wearing this fucking retainer.
